Children and babies
are �Born to Learn.� Queen Anne�s County Health Department believes
that parents are not only their child�s first teacher, but also
their child�s most important teacher. Staff who have received
additional training as parent educators provide home visits to
families. Visits include practical information on medical and
community resources, childhood immunizations, children�s growth and
development, home safety, future life skills, and decision making.
